Trust me, when you look at yourself you don’t see the real you. You look at yourself through these blurry, dark grey glasses, glasses of comparison, pressure, judgement and self-hate. If you were able to see what I see, this inner and outer beauty, this unique adorable person, everything would change. And you’d finally be able to realize that YOU don’t have to change. That you’re enough the way you are.
This is something I’ve been making for myself for ages, I really love the taste and it feels like such a nice treat (even though it’s super low in calories)! It’s perfect for the colder months, too, and for those who prefer an alternative to hot chocolate. This has a really nice nutty, slightly spiced flavour which warms me to the bone~

Combine almond milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sweetener in a mug. Microwave for about a minute to a minute and a half or until it’s as hot as you want it. Add 0.5 tsp vanilla, and if it isn’t vanilla-y enough add some more. Drink hot, and enjoy!
~Why do you really want to lose this weight? Are you doing it for you?~
I want to lose weight because I really want a flat stomach and to feel good in my body. I would also not like to worry about fitting into all of the business clothes I have because those clothes were expensive and I don’t want to buy new ones if I gain weight. But overall I am doing this for me and I just want to look healthier and be happier with what I see in the mirror.

I’m inclined to say yes because there are times when I just can’t stop myself from eating everything bad in the house and it just feels like a force/ something I have to do when I get that feeling. It probably happens more when I’m stressed but I think it’s a cycle of me saying to myself that I already hate my body, I’m ugly, I have no friends, it doesn’t matter since life already sucks, and then after I binge I just feel horrible and ashamed and mad, but yeah it probably comes from self image issues and also eating my feelings

~Did people ever make comments about your weight in a negative way?~
Luckily no. I happened to be that really skinny kid who played lots of sports and people would make comments like “you need meat on bones” and what not. So it kinda sucks because I gained a good amount of weight and no longer hear those comments like I used to, but I’m probably the harshest critic of my body and always have been even when I was younger
